These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us, whether as a retail customer (B2C) or bulk export client (B2B).

However, due to the handcrafted nature of many items, minor variations in color, texture, or design are natural and not considered defects.

5. Pricing & Payment

a. Retail (B2C) Orders

  • All prices are listed in USD or INR, depending on your location.

  • Prices exclude shipping, customs duties, and taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are accepted through secure gateways (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.).

b. Bulk / Export (B2B) Orders

  • Pricing is provided via Proforma Invoice (PI) upon order confirmation.

  • Accepted payment modes: Bank Transfer (SWIFT), Letter of Credit (L/C), or Advance TT.

  • Production and dispatch begin only after payment clearance or agreed credit terms.

We reserve the right to revise pricing due to market or raw material fluctuations.

6. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • For exports, production begins upon advance payment or L/C confirmation.

  • In rare cases of unavailability, you will be notified and offered an alternative or refund.

Sanfordz Creations reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping Policy governs all delivery-related terms, including timelines, freight methods, and customs duties.

  • Retail Orders: Delivered via express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.)

  • Bulk Exports: Shipped via Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) or Air Cargo under FOB/CIF/DDP terms.

  • Delivery timelines: Vary by destination and method; delays due to customs or external factors are beyond our control.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees applicable in their country.

For export shipments (B2B), Sanfordz Creations provides all standard documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.) as per export compliance.

9. Return, Refund & Exchange

All returns, replacements, or refunds are governed by our official Return & Refund Policy.

We accept returns only for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Approved bulk claims under export inspection terms

Due to the handmade nature of our goods, minor irregularities or natural imperfections are not returnable.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content — including logos, designs, product images, graphics, and text — are the intellectual property of Sanfordz Creations and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content or brand assets is strictly prohibited.

11. Bulk Orders, OEM, and Private Label

Sanfordz Creations offers:

  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing)

  • Private Label Manufacturing

  • Custom Product Development

All such projects require signed agreements detailing pricing, MOQs, and intellectual property ownership.
Designs made exclusively for clients under OEM terms will not be reused without written consent.

12. Warranties & Liability

  • All products are warranted against manufacturing defects only.

  • Natural variations in handcrafted products are not covered under warranty.

  • Sanfordz Creations shall not be held liable for:

    • Shipping delays or customs issues

    • Buyer misuse or improper storage

    • Minor color or design variations

In no case shall our liability exceed the invoice value of the product or shipment.

13. Indemnification

By using our website, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sanfordz Creations, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms,

  • Misuse of our products, or

  • Violation of laws or third-party rights.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

For international contracts, Incoterms 2020 (FOB / CIF / DDP) shall apply as per mutually agreed terms.

16. Force Majeure

Sanfordz Creations shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or international shipping disruptions.

17. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
