We take great care in crafting and inspecting each product before it reaches you. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return or replacement process.

This policy applies to both domestic (India) and international customers who purchase products directly from www.sanfordzcreations.com.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement if your item meets any of the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or broken.

  • Item received is not as described or wrong product shipped.

  • Item has a manufacturing defect (verified upon inspection).

  • Within 7 days of delivery for domestic orders.

  • Within 14 days of delivery for international orders.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags, labels, and invoices must be intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective:

  • Bed sheets or textiles that have been used or washed

  • Handcrafted décor items with minor natural imperfections (since they are handmade)

  • Custom-made, personalized, or bulk export orders

  • Discounted or sale items

4. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or video showing the issue

Step 2: Review & Approval

Our quality control team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will share the return shipping instructions or arrange pickup (for eligible domestic orders).

Step 3: Send Back the Product

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • For international orders, buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

  • Domestic returns may qualify for prepaid labels depending on the case.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

5. Refunds

  • Full refunds are issued for approved defective, wrong, or damaged products.

  • Partial refunds may apply if items show signs of use or missing packaging.

  • For export and bulk orders, refunds are processed only after a mutual inspection agreement.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per policy.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please:

  • Take clear photos/videos of the outer packaging and product, and

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sanfordzcreations.com.

We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

8. International Orders (Export Customers)

For international buyers:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Buyer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and return shipping unless the issue is caused by Sanfordz Creations.

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned goods are received and inspected.

9. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color (apparel items only) if the requested item is available in stock.
In case it’s unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
